Fall: the Season of Change

change nothing.jpg

Although freshly sharpened pencils and Pumpkin Spice Lattes have been in the air (and your local Starbucks) for some time, this week is the official start of fall.

Many think of autumn as a season of change, when leaves change their color, and the air becomes crisper and full of possibility and focus.

It's also the final push toward the end of the year. Now is the time when we can make good on our 2017 goals... or not.

At this point, it's easy to say, "I'll just start over next year," but try not to.

Try to make one tiny change. Then another. Then another.

For if you don't change, nothing will change for you.
